5.4 A related party in this clause 5 means any officer, employee, subcontractor, licensee or agent of Connector Motorways Pty Ltd and any related body corporate of Connector Motorways Pty Ltd (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth))

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales, Australia, and waive any objection to legal action being brought in those Courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

6.3 Connector Motorways Pty Ltd’s failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Connector Motorways Pty Ltd in writing.
